Some Air Conditioning Maintenance Facts to Consider:

  1. Over 80% of all air conditioner repairs could have been prevented with routine maintenance
  2. Air conditioners degrade anywhere from 1% to 3% per year.
  3. When your air conditioner starts to degrade, your system will work harder to produce the same result. This means that your electric bills will be higher than normal.
  4. Studies from utility companies indicate that Preventative Maintenance more than pays for itself in energy savings!

When your air conditioner starts to degrade, your system will work harder to produce the same result. This means that your electric bills will be higher than normal. Maintaining your air conditioner and heater reduces its degradation rate and allows your equipment to run better and closer to its original condition at a lower cost to you.

SYSTEMS WE SELL & SERVICE

We service and repair all makes and models of air conditioning and heating systems for private residential, light commercial, and new construction in the greater Houston, TX area. Listed below are the most common types of air conditioning and heating related equipment and systems for which we have experience and recommend in the right situations.

Air Conditioners

With an energy efficient A/C unit, you’ll enjoy complete comfort on the hottest days of the year and lower your cooling costs at the same time.

Air Handlers

An air handler is a device used to condition and circulate air as part of a heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning (HVAC) system.

Dehumidifiers

Your air conditioning system is designed to control temperature, not humidity, and only removes humidity as a byproduct of cooling.

Evaporator Coils

The evaporator coil is where the actual cooling takes place as the heat in the air is absorbed by the refrigerant in the coils.

Furnaces

A furnace works to keep a home warm in the winter and plays a critical part in the operation of an air conditioning and heating system.

Heat Pumps

A central heat pump helps maintain comfortable temperatures inside your home and reduces humidity levels year-round.
